Every project is unique, but so is the way we design it. If every day brings its own challenges, we're ready to meet them.
The story of OVI ébénisterie originates from Charles Jetté's first entrepreneurial venture: Construction OVI, a company specializing in the construction of architectural projects founded by his business partner Vivian Tessier in 2008, to which Charles joined a few years later. Throughout their various architectural residence projects, OVI struggled to find specialized cabinetmakers dedicated to this type of work. Consequently, they decided to purchase a cabinetmaking workshop and transform it to meet their needs. OVI Cabinetry was thus established in 2019.
Due to the nature of the projects we undertake, we advocate for small-scale production. Preserving the quality and artisanal spirit of the workshop remains crucial. Everything is done by hand, using local materials. In our view, this is where the challenge for a business lies: to grow without diluting its essence.
The key to our success is our team. At OVI, everyone is passionate. The vision that drives us is to build unique, large-scale spaces. Our cabinetmakers have the opportunity to work on complex projects every day.
